It should work for backorders with one caveat. Backorders are not allowed until all of the actual products are actually soldout.
Thanks for the feedback James. Yes, you are correct – backorders are possible once stock-on-hand is sold out.
It would be great if customers could place an order consisting of stock-on-hand and backorders, so would you be interested in adding that functionality as an option to your plugin?
