The “allow” button becomes visible when you have one or more checkboxes disabled. In your current setup, all the checkboxes are enabled by default, so the user can “Enable” all the cookies, by this the cookie banner disappears or can click to the settings, review-it and turn-off some of the cookies. To get the “allow” button visible, please try to remove the “turn on default” option from 3rd party cookies tab.
In conclusion, the current setup you’re using in the plugin it loads all the scripts by default, by this no “allow all” button is needed.
