Comments are not normally part of page functionality. It is enabled by themes or plugins. The page templates used by some themes might not output comment related content since it’s not an anticipated feature. The comments shown on your site appear to be from a Divi builder block, so comments are coming from Divi and not the page template like they usually would be.
A comment form can be added to a page template by inserting <?php comment_form(); ?> where the form should appear relative to other template output. When you start altering theme templates, it’s best to create a child theme and edit the template there which was copied from the parent theme.

Hello,
I have recently exported from this website (https://charliegrunts.com/discussion/) to grab all the comments. The import worked just fine. The problem is that now that the page that contains all the comments no longer has the “Leave a Comment” box. Here is a link to the screenshot (https://imgur.com/a/61NHRXl) You can see the checkbox is checked so not sure.
