Allow Comments Unchecked by Dafault?

    On the ‘Add Link’ page, is it possible to set the ‘Allow Comments’ to be unchecked by default?
    For my purposes, this item will always need to remain unchecked.
    It is an extra step each time I enter multiple links.
    Also, I notice that [on the ‘Moderate’ tab] when reviewing a link that that option does not appear.
    When I approve the link [on the Moderate page] and then go to ‘All Links’ to review it, I notice that option is checked.
    Is there a way to make it possible that this option is always unchecked by default?

    Hi Fred, These are general WordPress settings and not specific to Link Library. If you go under the Settings menu, then in the Discussions sub-menu, you will find things that related to comments. You could then check off the option ‘Allow people to submit comments on new posts’. This should make it so that comments are off on all new posts.
