Allow exceptions for compatibility

Thank you for the plugin. I know it is intended to be simple – that is what I want too – but could you add an exceptions section under “Advanced”?

For example, I would like to use the Friendly URL setting in Better WordPress Minify (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/bwp-minify/), but it breaks when used together with this plugin.

It would be useful to be able to enter a list of URLs to ignore, e.g.,
http://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/bwp-minify/*

https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/simple-cache/
