Hi @georgehugo,
If you wish to allow only emails from a specific domain to register while using our form, then you need to go to Profile Builder -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Froms -> enable the “Email Domains Registering” setting, then choose in the “Registering Type” -> Allow and in the “Restricted Domains” type only the single domain, for example gmail.com (this setting also accepts one domain and not just multiple).
Hi, Thank you for your response. I have done all that. However if some one from that domain/company is trying to register it gives them a error, stating you must register with your work email.
- Please provide the URL of the front-end Registration form where you encounter this issue
- Please go to Profile Builder -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Forms, and send a full screenshot from that page (make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
maps.hugoconsulting.co.za
See screen shot HERE
You’ve selected “Deny” instead of “Allow”. The ideea is that if you wish only users with the gmail.com, co.za, etc to register on your site, then you need to select “Allow”. This way only these domains will be able to register while the rest of them (which are not added to that list) will be blocked.
Also, if the above doesn’t work for the co.za address, then maybe it’s worth typing this domain like this co.za, since I can see you’ve added an extra dot (at the beginning) when you wrote it .co.za
Note: I don’t think the URL you’ve provided with the Registration form works: maps.hugoconsulting.co.za. I can’t see the PB Registration form there.
