Allow Posts without Users

    Is it possible to allow posts without author?

    I use the “Directories Pro” Plugin to rate places. When guest users rate places, an Admin has to publish the rating. Behaviour without Co-Authors is an empty Author-Field, which allows the plugin to add the information of the guest raters. With Co-Authors the current user is set as Author when saving the rating and it’s not possible to have an empty author-field. Is there a way to avoid that behaviour?
