• Hello everyone,

I am looking for a plugin. That allows visitors to share our blog post on their website. Something like an embed code generator for blogs, so that other companies or people can copy/paste it to their website and link back to ours.
I wonder if there is a plugin, I can use to achieve this functionality.
If not I would love to have your support for creating a similar plugin.

    Looking forward to hearing back.
    Thank You.

  • Embeds are built-in to WordPress, although you have to have the REST API available to retrieve it. You put a URL on a line by itself in the editor or in the block.

I don’t understand. how I can enable my visitors to embed my blog post on their website?

You can’t affect what they do on their website.
But if your site has the REST API enabled, it will respond to embed requests.
If you are talking about generating the HTML for them to paste into their page, that’s what the embed response does, but you could pre-fetch it for them.
