Allow user to enable JSON Sync for ALL fields?

By default, ACF syncs all field changes to the specified acf-json folder (if said folder is present). Your plugin is awesome, but I’m not sure that it is ideal that the default syncing behavior is disabled and you are forcing users to now choose which fields to sync.
Can you grant users the ability to choose to disable the default behavior, or perhaps continue to have all fields sync automatically unless you specify that a field should not be synced?
My concern here is that someone could very easily forget to sync a field, causing issues when deploying code or collaborating with other developers.
