Allow users to add content

I have a client looking for a membership site catering to two types of users:
User 1 – Business providing a service
User 2 – Client requiring a service

Is it possible for this plugin to recognize each of these, allowing a client to post a service requirement and the Service provider to see and respond to the client’s service request?

This may be the equivalent of the client creating a post, and the service provider responding to the post.
