I went to the support page but couldn’t find a list of allowable file extensions. Could you please provide them/link it to me?

Also, the options has: Allowed File Extensions: *.*; how would I enter the types correctly in that input, *jpd,pdf*, like that?

Hi, all extensions are allowed by default, except some dangerous ones, like .php, .html, .js etc.

If you want pdf and jpg extensions it would be like:

*.pdf,*.jpg
