Almost but…

All I’m getting is Post navigation with links to the next and previous posts repeated down the page as I scroll.
Any ideas?

No JS errors showing
Using latest wp with foundation (jquery in no conflict)
All other plugins disabled.
Custom theme, have added content-partial.php directly in the theme folder.
