Thank you for the appreciation. You have to use WordPress default navigation along with the alphabetic pagination and both parameters will work together for you. You can reach me through my blog if any help is required in the code, if you can provide wp-admin login credentials so i can check it better.
P.S. I have checked your page, WordPress pagination is not working as it should on your page.
