Awesome, thanks for the feedback. In version 1.0.1 we added UTF-8 which should support the umlauts however now testing to verify they work and if not we will have it fixed.
Found the error and it will be fixed shortly. Thanks again 🙂
i just updated the plugin in wp.
it’s still the same problem.
even after deleting the page, deleting the plugin and reinstalling the plugin manually. the umlaut characters are not decoded. 🙁
just forgot to say thank you for your fast reply and reactions. very good support!
Hey there,
The error for displaying special characters incorrectly has been fixed for all newly created pages.
For older pages you will need to open the page in the editor and hit save. Or you can re-select your page in the WordPress plugin. Screenshot here: http://cl.ly/0n2H0v220e1U
By re-selecting the page it will ping the server which should refresh your page.
Let me know if it helps 🙂
Hey, very good!! Now the umlauts are displayed correctly.
But, there’s another issue. My custom favicon which i set in clickfunnels editor to be displayed with my page is now replaced by clickfunnels favicon. is there a workaround. many thanks!
hey there,
still having problems with the favicon .
it’s uploaded to digital assets inside clickfunnels account and
copied and pasted to: Edit Funnel > Head Tracking Code.
inside clickfunnels preview everything is ok, but when loading the page via clickfunnels wp-plugin the favicon is not displayed. 🙁
