    Yes, this shouldn’t be a problem.
    The easiest way to achieve this, should be to use the sort functionality on the “Edit” screen of the table. Near the top of the column, you should see sorting arrows, which you can use to sort the table for the second column. Then save the table and it will show up in that order on page load.
    Unfortunately, the sorting used there is not very sophisticated and might not give the expected results, depending on the type of data that you have in that column. If you are not satisfied with the results there, just open the CSV file in Excel, sort the table there and save to CSV again, and import that new file.
    Finally, if both of these ideas don’t satisfy you, you can always sort the rows manually, by dragging and dropping the rows into the desired order. This is possible by clicking on the row number on the left of the table, holding the mouse button pressed and dragging the row to the desired place.
