On post editor, provide an URL and click on preview button. The image will be shown and the alt/title field too. Write a text there and publish your post. Now the attributes should be filled.

right now this tag i have empty. i would like to see a post name in place where is right now a EMPTY alt attribute. i try use plugin Seo Optimized Images but is no working with your plugin.
So I ask how to setup a alt attribute for current and future images in all post all images used by your plugin, something like a pattern.
