Alt Tag Missing – Inaccurate

The checklist for some of my webpages tells me that I don’t have alt text on all images. But I’ve manually checked every image, and can’t see any missing. I’ve also done Inspect Element and searched for alt=””
I’ve also run the page through https://www.seoptimer.com/alt-tag-checker and it says there are no tags missing.

My pages do sometimes get the green tick before I edit them with Elementor, could that be adding something I can’t see? Or is the plugin perhaps looking at the admin taskbar version of the webpage?
