    Hello!

    This may have been answered before but does the plugin/CF Images support alt tags perhaps as image metadata? I know that alt tags are set in the media library for each image, but they don’t seem to be used/delivered in the <img src=”https://imagedelivery.net/..” alt /> tag.

    Hi @bwaltz6,

    The plugin does not interfere with alt tags. I have just verified on my site, and if an alt tag is set, it’s displayed on the image. How can I replicate this?

    For you, does the alt get passed to CF as metadata or is it coming from WP somehow?

    It will always be passed from WordPress. You can verify this by disabling the plugin. The only thing the plugin will change is the URL of the image.

    It must be something in my code that’s preventing the alts from coming through. I’ll investigate.
