Hi there,
Could you please tell us on which page your image slider is located where the Alt text has been enabled within the widget options, so we can check this.
You may try with this code within Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
.qodef-e-alt-text-holder {
position: relative;
top: -50px;
visibility:visible;
opacity: 1;
}
But the values may vary depending on your particular slider, so we would be thankful if you could provide us with the direct link to that page.
Thank you.
Best,
Qode
Hello
I am using the slider on the page zilt.design/lettering.
I see now that the button to activate the alt text has disappeared. I can still style the alt text, but it is no longer there to be activated and I am 100% sure it was there and activated.
Kind regards
Yasmine, Zilt Design`
Oh im sorry wrong link. zilt.design/belettering
I’m sorry

Hi there,
Please check if you have set under Slider settings > Enable Center Slides to Yes.
That way the alt text option would appear.
Please have it active so we can check you website and test the code that we provided.
Thank you.

Hello
Thank you, now I can indeed see the text. Is it also possible to show the alt text only when opening the photo? Or is this not possible? We would like to have some more information about the photo and only when you open the photo and the lightbox pops up. Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
We are glad to hear this.
Unfortunately having the text present only when the image is opened is not a feature of the widget unfortunately.
Thanks for understanding and let us know if you have any additional questions.
Best,
Qode
