    I just noticed a massive issue that is likely going to prompt me to request a refund — alt text is NOT being pulled from the media library after I’ve spent days adding it. Instead, it looks like it’s appears you have to add it ALL OVER AGAIN to each image in the gallery which is absolutely ridiculous. Also there is NO WAY to create a support ticket as a paid member. Your form here: https://enviragallery.com/account/support/ sends you in a loop to the chatbot, despite saying you can create a ticket.

    Please advise.
