Alter HTML Breaks Cache Enabler

When Alter HTML is enabled with these settings: https://i.ibb.co/8mLwkyQ/image.png, Cache Enabler is unable to create a WebP and a standard version of each page. It creates two WebP versions.
The issue is explored in detail here: https://github.com/keycdn/cache-enabler/issues/76.
Please restore compatibility with Cache Enabler as it is the only plugin which stores two copies of each page.
