The usual action hook to output table cell content is “manage_posts_custom_column”, Can I use it to alter a column with short links inside or there is a more specific hook?

Yes, that should work, but you should use a priority of higher than 200. But for changing the value for one of the columns provided by our plugin, you can use the following hook which allows you to better target the column you want to change:
