Altering status tracking through email

Hello,

This is Spencer from ARH Studios. I recently downloaded the premium version of your Status Tracking plugin. I really like what you guys have designed into it, particularly the automated emails as it is taking a lot off an otherwise very full plate.

Another feature that I was really looking forward to using was the ability to create a spreadsheet with my customer’s information and upload it directly the website, thus eliminating any need for manual data entry.

However, I am having problems getting the plugin to read the spreadsheet. As I understand that the program is extremely picky about things like column titles, I exported the already uploaded orders to ensure I was using the right format. However, when I try to upload the spreadsheet with the altered information, the plug-in does not adjust any of the information.
