    I currently host a load of websites on heart internet, who do not allow wordpress cron to operate.

    http loopback are disabled.

    so everyone has to use
    define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true);

    But i noticed this plugin does not work very well with the cron seams to time out in unable to do it in time. Have you got any solutions for this?
