Alternative upload icon free plugin?

Hello there, I’ve been trying to use your pluging to add icons that aren’t available into elementor icon pack or others. But my fontello zip doesn’t finish to upload, I’m running the lastest version of elementor and wordpress.

I did read in a post that this plugin isn’t updated anymore. What plugin equivalent of your do you recommend? or do you have a fix coming soon?
