Alto feed Under Offer SSTC not pulling through – 3

    We are facing an issue related to the marketing status of sold properties when the client sets their property as Under Offer SSTC in Alto – I’m unable to fetch the same data when we run the import. Its shows on the Property Hive > Properties dashboard as “For Sale” + “On The Market” for available properties and only as “On The Market” for the Under Offer SSTC properties marked on Alto.

    However, the “Availability” in the “Marketing Status” on the individual listing still shows as “For Sale” and is not updating. When I look at the imported data it shows “web_status>3</web_status” for sold properties and “web_status 0” for available/For Sale properties. Yet this is not showing in any fields in the indidvidual property. How do I make this show in the individual listing so I can use it to trigger a “sold” event to show on the front end.

    Hi Lucy,

    Happy to help. This is likely due to invalid/missing mappings from under the import settings ‘Mappings’ section.

    if you make sure all the statuses are mapped, then run another full feed, you should see this corrected

    Of course if issues persist please let us know.

    Thanks – and thanks for the extra help you sent with the video. Reset mappings and now it looks like we’re cooking on gas, so to speak! Thank you
