We are sorry to hear about your experience with our plugin. Be assured that this issue is not a global issue and is not caused because of only ElementsKit. I can say that because we do not have any reports of this issue yet and cannot find anything similar in our testing environment.
This points out that there could be a unique conflict in your website environment. Can you please share more details about the issue and the problems it causes? Explain the statement ‘consistently breaking’ by describing what is breaking. If possible, share a screenshot/video with us.
This information will help us understand your issues clearly and help you in an effective way. As this issue requires sharing information, you can create a support ticket in our support forum for better communication. @moinmunna There’s no way you don’t have other reports about this.
For 2+ years across 12 different servers and 4 different agencies, we’ve all run into this issue.
Hi @jacobwonder,
I understand your situation. But without having a look at the issue, we cannot say anything for sure. The issue could be that you are using the default PHP limits on all your sites, not increasing them as wordpress recommends. It could also be that you are using a plugin that has conflicts with ElementsKit on all of your sites. The possibilities are endless.
But we assure one thing, we do not leave any issues unresolved. If you explain the issue clearly and allow us some time, we’ll definately find it out and solve it.
Thanks,
Moin
