• Hello,

I installed Pressidium, at first everything worked fine. Then I realized that I had no more tracking… This is due to the fact that all consents are refused, even when you accept.

Why is it refused when you click on accept?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Since i didn’t have an answer i disabled Pressidium, WP Consent API and Google for Woocommerce.

Now i’m using CTX Feed to manage my Google Shopping flux, so i have my tracking back

Hey, I’m experiencing the same problem. At first the Cookie Preferences modal worked fine, but after a few hours the checkboxes for cookie categories stopped appearing. No icons/checkboxes are displayed at all.

Additionally, regardless of what I click (accept, customize, or save), the result is always deny – no cookies are stored or passed through.

    I have the same issue

    Hey, @coelus, @finnvh, @tymekkoki, and @neongrain!

Every setup is unique. The plugin configuration, other third-party installed plugins, the active theme, and even the specific scripts that set cookies can all vary a lot from site to site.

These differences can all affect how the plugin behaves and sometimes lead to conflicts and issues.

To help us look into this further, please share:

    • The affected site URL (where the plugin is active)
    • Your plugin settings (wp-admin → Cookie Consent → Export settings)
    • A short description of what’s happening on your end

(Optional) If you have a moment, you could also open a GitHub issue using our bug report template for more detailed tracking.

Thanks so much for your patience and for helping us investigate this!

    Hey @coelus, @finnvh, @tymekkoki, and @neongrain!

This seems connected to #166. If AI translations were used on your sites, it’s very likely tied to that.

We fixed a number of potential causes in 1.9.0. If you can update to the latest version and test it again, that would be very helpful.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused!

If the issue doesn’t get resolved after updating to the latest version, please let me know.
