    I (site admin) was receiving 100-500 bounced emails per week from bogus website account creations that I had to manually delete before installing this app. It reduced to ZERO during the trial period while still allowing legitimate users to register in order to purchase tickets on the site. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
