Amazing plugins. Best support EVER!

I use so many webtools and I’m forever having to learn new tools. I rely heavily on support to learn how to get the job done quickly.

FunnelKit Funnel Builder and Automations Pro plugins are exactly what I need to control all my communications to my audience. In a few short months, I’ve learned how to navigate my way around so many powerful aspects of these tools and there’s still more under the hood. I’ve set up sophisticated marketing communications based on conditional triggers and I’m amazed at what I have done—and it’s ALL because of the support team!

FunnelKit support team is second to none. They respond via email overnight but the thoroughness of their answers using Loom videos is just amazing. They even go the extra mile do it for me, then show me how so I’ll know next time. So trustworthy, and they truly care—very rare these days.

Other companies support is really lacking—typically I wait overnight to get incomplete answers, that leave me asking more questions—extremely frustrating and time consuming.

But not with the FunnelKit team. I have never had a better experience using support than FunnelKit. I can’t give them enough praise. I have absolutely 100% confidence in them and their software.
