• I downloaded this plugin a just a few days ago. When I initially tried it, I got an error. I didn’t have time to do anything that day, so I tried it again the next. Same error. I reached out the support group thinking I’d be getting vague answers and little help. After all, I am on the free version. The response time was great. Within an hour of my submittal, I had an email back. After allowing the logging option, Chris from their support had a few suggestions in order to fix the problem. I tried them (by the way, he helped me with how to do something that was completely outside of the plugin), but they didn’t work. He took another look at the log and found the issue. He said he’d be working on an update. He was kind enough to say it might take a few days and offered some other plugins. The reason I chose this one was because of its simplicity. I wasn’t about to go try something that I’d get confused on. I told him I’d wait. Well, the very next day he had the update done. I tried it again and it worked brilliantly. So in a day and half the issue was resolved. That’s what I call service, especially when the product is free. Oh, and it’s the easiest thing in the world to use.
