Amazing Support!

First off the product in itself is worth every penny, it saves so much time with translation. But the level of support is just next level. I had an issue with a 3rd-party plugin not being translated and within less than 5 minutes they had a fix in place. Huge shout out to Nouneh & Dmitry!
