Amazon ad block does not display

INstalled the plugin and set up my first ad block. I configured it to display in posts after the first paragraph. But nothing displays.

I also found the widget & placed it in the “after content” segment. It’s not displaying there either.

Do I need to do something further to fix this issue? Is there a setting I’ve missed I need to change?
