amazon cloudfront over s3 cdn issues

    Hello, for years i’ve been using the amazon cloudfront over s3 as my cdn for w3tc but since a few months back i’ve been having an issue with my website connecting to amazon aws even though i’ve never changed my settings and it previously worked perfect. I noticed after getting constant request failures while trying to upload my wp-includes, theme files, and custom files. My aws access key, secret key, bucket name, and cnames never changed but when i try to “test s3 upload & cloudfront distribution” the test fails. Can anyone help me with this issue?

    My website is sofoprod.com and its version 2.8.9., this problem started around october 2024, i tried to downgrade to an older version but it wouldn’t allow me to upload the older version through wordpress.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    I’ve tested the Cloudfront and I am seeing no issues with the authorization and CDN test.
    Can you please share the screenshot of the Performance>CDN section so I can see the settings? have you made any updates in the Coloudfront Console?

    The reason you didn’t see any issues is because i downgraded the plugin using ftp back to the last version that didn’t have any issues which is version 2.6.1 to test the connection and it passed. I can assure you that ever since i’ve upgraded after version 2.6.1 around october 2024 i’ve been having aws connection issues even though my credentials never change. Where can i send video and screenshot attachment proof? Also while having issues with connecting to aws using version 2.8.9 i was able to connect to amazon s3 using the easy digital downloads amazon s3 addon plugin so i know the issue is with w3tc.

    Sorry for the confusion, I ment to say that I made the tests on our environment with Cloudfront and have not seen any issues.

    The support section to report a bug doesn’t allow me to upload any media attachments, is it possible for you to give me the direct support e-mail so i can send the two videos of me testing each version?
