Amazon Cookie Not Set

Hi

After a talk with amazon about i the redirection i did and it the link structure was okay, amazon support told me that the cookies are not tagged, so i have checked this and when i use a normal affiliate code, i get 2 amazon maps with cookies in my cookie folder

Now when i use the plugin i onlt get one, so i conclude that amazon support was right about the cookie not being tagged with mt aff code, is there a setting i have gotten wrong or is it the plugin in some way
