Amazon Ec2 Instance | Localhost OK. External won't load wp-includes

Ec2 public dns: http://ec2-52-32-3-91.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/wordpress/

Installed using the following:

https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Installing_WordPress#Easy_5_Minute_WordPress_Installation_on_Windows

everything on the actual server runs fine.

Looks like the wp-includes is not being found.

If I change wordpress Address or Site Address the whole site goes 404 and I have to drop the schema and blow out the folder, and restart…because I haven’t totally figured out how to restore the previous settings.

I have a registered domain I plan on tying it to, but until I get the site running externally, there’s no point setting it up I think.
