Can you provide a bit more information on your site, such as the URL we can look at, and what theme and plugins you’re using?
Specifically a link to a page where the Amazon links should be showing up, and where on the page they should be.
I don’t want to spam my site besides I removed my non working links.
I just copied the amazon link, pasted and that worked before, now it doesn’t.
Earlier versions are fine…this upgrade to 4.1 only.
All themes worked before the update. No plugins.

If they are not plain links (e.g. they are based on javascript widgets) it could be that your browser’s adblocker is stopping them from showing?
