Please provide:
1) The original code from Amazon
2) The address of a specific page where you’ve inserted the code.
Standing by.
@gappiah You can recreate the scene: 1. Create amazon native shopping ad unit and copy HTML code
2. Add new post in wordpress and use Custom HTML block in editor, paste above Amazon HTML code in that block.
3. Check HTML Preview (Not working for me) or check post preview if code is working.
1. Create amazon native shopping ad unit and copy HTML code
Do you really want volunteers who are merely trying to help you to go and signup to become Amazon affiliates just so they can get the ad code and help you?
Seriously?
@gappiah No, sorry. But you can skip this thread if you are not in Amazon affiliate. I clearly mentioned amazon aff in subject.
Anyway can you tell possibilities of why HTML block is not working. can you check any other code from your side if its working or not? Appreciate your help.

There are a million possibilities!
The first thing is to find out if the entire ad code actually got published, or if portions of it got stripped or filtered out by WordPress.
That’s why I asked for the original code AND the page you added the code on. This way I could compare the original code with the code I’d see in the page’s source to see if there’s a difference.
If you’re unable to post the ad code that’s publicly published on your website, that’s fine. But I’m unable to help otherwise.
Good luck!
I have the same issues. Amazon native shopping ads stoped working on my HTML widget.
Here is the ad code :
<script type="text/javascript">
amzn_assoc_placement = "adunit0";
amzn_assoc_search_bar = "false";
amzn_assoc_tracking_id = "ayman022-20";
amzn_assoc_ad_mode = "search";
amzn_assoc_ad_type = "smart";
amzn_assoc_marketplace = "amazon";
amzn_assoc_region = "US";
amzn_assoc_title = "";
amzn_assoc_default_search_phrase = "NBA shirts";
amzn_assoc_default_category = "All";
amzn_assoc_rows = "4";
amzn_assoc_search_bar_position = "top";
</script>
<script src="//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/onejs?MarketPlace=US"></script>
@aymanimo022 Same! It’s so sad 🙁🙁 You found any solution. 🙁🙁🙁
@gappiah that’s the code. Can you help us please.😢😰
@akiraanastasia Not yet, have you contacted amazon support?
Please guys anyone can help?
@aymanimo022 you found the solution/?
@akiraanastasia I contacted amazon support they said the issue is coming from them and they are working to solve it. So we can’t do anything, we have to wait.
@aymanimo022 I also contacted 2 times. I got 2 different replies. One was similar to u, other one was try different browser (lol).🙁
@gappiah so can you help as code is given now?
It has been so long. I’m sad to see that this is still not fixed. The native ads seem to keep switching between working and not working. – but the ye look so much better on my sites than the little text+image ads.
