Amazon S3 setup issues

    While setting up a new Amazon S3 destination on 3.4.5:
    [curl] 6: Could not resolve host: s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com; Name or service not known [url] https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/

    I can ping successfully s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com from the server where backwpup is installed.

    can you please test version https://github.com/inpsyde/backwpup/archive/master.zip Please tell me if this works for you?

    Hi Andreas,
    sorry this did not work for me.
    I uninstalled the official release first to start fresh with the current master.
    The error message is the same as before.

    Update: the official 3.5.1 is working correctly on this issue.
