• Hi Paul, I have an idea for creating an Amazon wish list site using your two plugins “Wish Pics” and “Amazon Link” but I’m not sure if they will work for what I have in mind so I’m hoping you can help me with it? So if I go to Amazon and log in to my affiliate account and click on the wish list widget and enter an email address it will display the public wish list for that email address. My question is can you create a widget that will allow visitor to enter their own email address and it display their wish list as a post on my site? and, of course, all items added linked to my affiliate id?

    Thanks for your help,
    Gary

    Hi,

Sorry confusingly the plugin does not support Amazon Wish lists!

The only widgets the plugin supports are the ‘source widgets’ as Amazon calls them.

To create a wishlist widget you have to log into your associate account and manually create a ‘named’ wishlist widget ‘Wish List – 001’ and Amazon host the javascript to create it for you.

These wishlist’s will have your associate ID in them, but you may find Amazon limit the number that you can generate.

    Paul
