Ambigous label for post create/update

“Receive email alerts for new content (posts, attachments, forms, etc)”
means “On creating new posts” for me, but in the notification email it says:

Notification:
Page was updated

Please clean up these and the sentence on the Ignore Alert tab:
“This is a list of registered Post Types, since you have enabled the email notifications for new site content, we will send you an alert if any of these post-types are changed.”
