    Hello there.

    Sorry for the late response!

    This can happen if the employee doesn’t have any working hours created, or if the employee is not assigned to the service, or if the employee is linked to a Google Calendar, but his availability is blocked in the calendar.

    There are a few more options that could cause this, but we can’t say for sure without taking a look at the website.
