    Hello, my client has a Standard license, but the plugin suddenly stopped working properly. No confirmation (employees or customers) emails are being sent and Google Calendar events are no longer created or synchronized. No intentional configuration changes were made on our side before the issue appeared. All of the above suddenly stopped working. I´ve already change WP mail to SMTP, also disconnect Google calendar in Integrations and connect again, tried to updated the plugin, but nothing change, its just not working. It was all setup correctly and worked perfectly two weeks ago. I don´t know what else to do. Thank you very much for help.

    Thank you very much for respond. I understand. I already contacted support 4 days ago but never get an answear, so I tried this way. Anyway, thank you for your fast respond.

    In my client’s case, surprisingly, the uploaded logo was causing email notifications not to be sent. Once we removed the logo, the emails started working.

    At first, support sent me a version that was supposed to fix the issue, but it didn’t work. They then requested access directly to our WordPress installation, where they identified and fixed the bug.

    It took a while before I was able to reach support, but once I did, they responded fairly quickly and managed to identify and resolve the issue in a relatively short time.
