Amen setup for public post

Love your plugin and the great work your doing. Just super.
I do have a question. I would like for my site users to enter in public prayer requests. For some reason, the setting item for the Amen plug-in is not showing in my WordPress admin. I can shortcode the admin and prayer list to a page but the settings don’t show up for me. Just a item for the plugin and no options. What am I doing wrong?
