    Hello, All American express payments are not working.
    We reinstalled the plugin and checked the webhooks, but everything is fine, but all Amex payments get the same error: Zip code, when it is not an error

    What is the exact error message that you are getting when an American Express card is being used for payment?

    Depending on the currency you are using on your website, Stripe may not work with American Express. You can check that here:

    https://stripe.com/docs/currencies

    If Stripe should be working with American Express and the currency of your choice, then I would recommend checking with Stripe.com support directly to see if there is an issue with your account.

    I would also recommend going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe and enabling error logging (setting at the bottom of that page. Then, try another transaction and once it fails go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for the Stripe log with the current day’s date. Then let us know if there is more specific information about why the payment failed. Thanks!
