Amount always first entry in dropdown list

Hello and how are you today?
I have Trouble in using the PayPal donation plugin, when using the short Code to a button, which is using a drop down list for different amounts that can be spent.
It worked until I enclosed the shortcode with the shortcodes from Borlabs Cookie Plugin, to deactivate the PayPal donation if someone deactivates Cookies.
After doing this the amount that could be spend by someone is always the first amount in the listbox, Independent from what the user has Chosen.
Can you help?
