/amp/ 404 error and link rel="amphtml" problem

When i add /amp/ to page url i get error 404. If i add ?amp=1 i can see correct amp page.
But on source code to page i see wrong link to amp page:

http://tupik.club/novosti/2016/sklonnye-k-risku-podrostki-bystree-uchatsya-4406
has link
<link rel=”amphtml” href=”//tupik.club/novosti/2016/sklonnye-k-risku-podrostki-bystree-uchatsya-4406/amp”/>

I need change that link to
<link rel=”amphtml” href=”//tupik.club/novosti/2016/sklonnye-k-risku-podrostki-bystree-uchatsya-4406?amp=1″>

Or find reason of 404 error.
