AMP ads

Hi
I see there is an “AMP pages” setting in the “insertion” section, I know it needs to be enabled if I have an AMP pageThe question is, do I put the AMP ad code from Adsense, or do I just put the usual AdSense ad code (ad code such as non-AMP pages, but still activate the “AMP pages” setting)?
If I have to use the AMP AdSense ad code for AMP post, do I have to set 2 blocks ads, and 1 block for ads on desktop, and another for ads on smartphones (with AMP post)?
Thank you

No, you shoukd enable AMP pages only if you need to insert the same code on normal and AMP pages:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/additional-block-settings#insertionFor ads on AMP pages you need to use code for AMP ads. The easiest way is to use an AMP separator to separate the codes:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/adsense-ads#ampSo, if I want to insert ads on AMP pages, then I have to separate ad block for desktop (non-amp) and smartphone (amp)?
And I put the usual ad code on the block for laptops, and the AMP ad code on the smartphone block (then I active AMP pages)?
Thank you
No.
Use AMP separator in a single block as explained.
Please read the documentation on AdSense and AMP ads.Hi
I think the setup is quite difficultCan I put the non-amp ad code on the block for laptops/pc, and the AMP ad code on the smartphone block (then I active AMP pages)?
So there are 2 ad blocks, 1 for smartphones and one for pc/laptop ads
Thank youWell, the setup should be pretty simple.
If you are inserting on the same position then use one block for both codes.
You can use two blocks but it makes no sense for inserting code for the same ad.
Just make sure you use shortcode for AMP separator.
If you are inserting on the same position then use one block for both codes.
But one code is for AMP, and the other is not for AMP, can I join the two codes in one block?
You can use two blocks but it makes no sense for inserting code for the same ad.
The ad code is not the same, one code is for AMP, and the other is for non-AMP
So I use “Use client-side detection to” to determine non-AMP ad blocks to appear on a PC/laptop, and AMP ads block to only appear on smartphones.
Can it?
Thank youBut one code is for AMP, and the other is not for AMP, can I join the two codes in one block?
Sure. Use AMP separator as instructed:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/adsense-ads#ampYou don’t need to use any device detection as AMP code needs to be inserted only on AMP pages regardless of the device.
As I said, I had too much trouble understanding the documentation, because I not a developer

My AMP page only applies to smartphones, and not PCs/Laptops
The documentation is mainly for users.
What problem do you have? All you need is to configure one block with both codes:
Normal ad code [ADINSERTER AMP] AMP ad codeSo, what is meant by “code generator” and “AdSense ads also need script in the header” in your documentation?
Do I need that?Or I just need to put code like this: https://prnt.sc/vpun5w
Then I put this code: https://prnt.sc/vpur4a here: https://prnt.sc/vpuqh5Is it like that?
Thank you very muchCode generator is a tool in Ad Inserter to generate code for banner or AdSense ad:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/code-editing#code-generatorAdSense AMP ads need a script in the header as described on the documentation pages.
You need to put AMP header code below AMP separator as it needs to be inserted only on AMP pages. To check your settings you need to follow the steps and provide the page address:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/ad-inserter-support-before-you-ask-for-help/Isn’t there already a code from google adsense, why do I have to code again using the code generator?
You need to put AMP header code below AMP separator as it needs to be inserted only on AMP pages.
So I have to put it like this: https://prnt.sc/vpvezf
And I don’t need to enter code like this: https://prnt.sc/vpur4a here: https://prnt.sc/vpuqh5 ?Is it true?
Thank you-

Code generator is a tool to convert / create ad code from ids and settings.
If you already have the code then you don’t need it.Can’t check the screenshot – looks ok but for the real check I would need to check your site/settings.
Why are you trying to hide the code?
Can’t check the screenshot – I would need to check your site/settings and the inserted code:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/ad-inserter-support-before-you-ask-for-help/But the script for AMP ads definitely does not belong there, it should be inserted in the header.
Please follow the instructions for AdSense AMP ads:
