you have error in the javascript console:
amp-ad is already registered. The script tag for amp-ad is likely included twice in the page.
The following script is included twice:

Ad Inserter includes only scripts you configure.
How are you inserting the script for AMP ads in the <head> section?
What have you configured in Ad Inserter for the <head> section (tab * / tab Header)?
Are you also using another plugin for AMP ads?
Can you please enable remote debugging?

It seems I have identified possible cause.
You are using center alignment and responsive ad code (AdSense).
It seems the ad code is not able to determine the container width.
I prepared a new version with a fix for such cases.
Please install this version:
https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/ad-inserter.zip
This should fix the problem.
However, I would strongly suggest to also fix the issue with script tag for amp-ad included twice.

one doubt, do i lose all existing ad code settings after uninstalling the old Adinserter
