Can you please update the plugin to 1.0.70 and let us know. We will inspect your issue and help you resolve it.
You can check updated again to version 1.0.70. We do not use AMP on the Home Page and pages, only our content.
Can you please provide us the export of your AMP option panel, We will import it once and analyze it.
For reference please follow this tutorial: https://ampforwp.com/tutorials/article/how-to-import-and-export-the-amp-option-panel-settings/
I exported you can download it here: https://www.dosya.tc/server32/a5ajkr/redux_options_redux_builder_amp_backup_08-12-2020.json.html
I’m having the same problem as the OP with 1.0.70, starting today with the Google Search Console error. The actual problem is it is not putting quotes around the author name in the alt attribute.
The attribute ‘smith’ may not appear in tag ‘amp-img’.
<div class="amp-author "> <div class="amp-author-image "> <amp-img src="https://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/myprofileimage.jpg" alt=John Smith width="60" height="60" layout="fixed"></amp-img> </div>-

it refers to the author name a lastnmeaffect all my AMP pages (I only convert the posts to AMP) here a sample post
Yes I am also getting the same error in alt attribute of image tag. The value of attribute should be in “”. But I don’t know how to fix that ! My URL: https://techaedgar.com/how-to-enable-private-mac-address-in-ios-14/amp/
I found out some temporary solution;
Turn off author bio under AMP for WP plugin Single Page Design Setting, update cache. My result: https://prnt.sc/vz4dlmValidation Started: https://prnt.sc/vz4hhs

@manthannvasani123 tianks a lot, your workaround works fine. my validation in already started too.
Let’s wait for a final solution, because it’s important to me to show the author bio and picture.
@jimenezra Yes, Author Bio is very important for me also. Hope we get some fixes soon.
We have create a GitHub ticket for this issue and it will be resolved in upcoming plugin updates.
For reference please follow this GitHub ticket: https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/accelerated-mobile-pages/issues/4864
Hmm, it’s very worrying to update this plugin.
This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the plugin(1.0.71.1). Can you please update the plugin and check once whether having the same issue or not. Then let me know.
